Offering a wide range of project management components to serve our client’s needs including managing complex project schedules, modifications/ change orders, and designs.
We are Inspectors, Project or Construction Managers in multiple locations in the U.S. as well as several counterparts overseas. This allows us the ability to work remotely with the flexibility to travel when needed. Our Project Managers can prepare monthly status reports and estimate/ budget revisions.
As “subcontracted staff” we engage daily with construction firms to provide part-time or full-time project support by managing subcontractors and communications continuously.
